Xikar Xi3 Carbon Fiber Cigar Cutter

The Xi3 cigar cutter has real carbon fiber handles, while the cutting blades are made of a high quality 440 stainless steel which has an HRC rating of 57...about as hard as it gets.  The Xi3 has the famous teardrop shape that Xikar is known for and features double-guillotine action which offers powerful cutting ability in one simple squeeze.

The Xi3 will cut a 54 ring gauge cigar in half, and depending on how much you cap out, it will cut up to a 58 ring gauge cigar.

About the Maker

In 1995, Kurt Van Keppel wanted to buy a good cigar cutter but found that both the inexpensive and high-end models under-performed. So, he set out with Scott Almsberger to match good design (ergonomics and function) with the best styling and materials. Their first product was launched in 1997. By 1998 they began serving the entire retail tobacco trade. Today, they offer the same detail and design across all cigar accessories.
